Standard Delivery Information

We offer this standard service for £9.99 only within the U.K Mainland. Delivery time is normally 3-5 working days as a guide but sometimes can be up to 10 days within the UK.    Overseas deliveries to Europe can take approx 21 working days.

If your goods are being sent by carrier, we do recommend a note to be attached to the door requesting the driver to attempt any neighbour, if you are out. We do deliver off the Mainland, so please e-mail sales@mydollcollection.co.uk for a cost price. 

International shipping is no problem and extremely cost effective.  E-mail us at sales@mydollcollection.co.uk and we will send you a Paypal Invoice with shipping cost.  

EUROPE/Worldwide -  NOW £25.00  excluding any customs duties if applicable and local tax.  Some large Items can only be sent Worldwide if the exact cost of the shipping is paid above the standard £25 website charge.  This extra cost will be communicated to you. 

Overseas deliveries will incur customs & duty charges, and these are payable directly by the customer when requested locally.
