As we are an on-line retailer all communication is on-line and we are quick to respond. It's so much easier to communicate delivery or product information by e-mail as it's specific to your individual order.

Trade orders and supplier enquiries

If you wish to place a trade order or are interested in supplying products to My Doll Collection then please contact us initially by e-mail leaving your company name, your contact name and full telephone number. We will return the call the same day.

We sell a huge variety of products from many manufacturers, who provide guarantees for their products. The guarantees on our products are free and do not cost you anything extra. Our guarantees cover for manufacturing faults or defects, and where possible replacement product or parts will be provided
